Phoenix liability Services is dedicated to providing a specialist and client focused claims handling and investigation service in all aspects of liability claims, capable of dealing with complex personal injury claims as well as long and short tail disease claims. From the taking of a one off statement, locus investigations, attending legal conferences, discussions and negotiation talks/ mediations on clients behalf right though to the bulk handling of disease claims we offer cost effective solutions that puts technical excellence at the top of our priorities.

All our clients are dealt with as individuals. From the very outset you will be allocated a liaison manager who will ensure that the service you want is the one provided to you to suit you. From these discussions a unique risk handling arrangement will be prepared covering all aspects of the claims handling service such as investigations and reporting formats.

Through the use of flexible charging rates in 10-minute units we offer a cost-effective service proportionate to the value and complexity of the claim handled.

IT

Our IT system has been developed by Eclipse Legal Services. The system allows for the capture of a vast array of data and offers a proactive case tracking facility. Management reports both scheduled and on a one off basis to clients needs, can be produced without difficulty. The jewel in the crown is the unique file view system that allows clients remote access to their claims.
