Managing Partner
Alun is a founding partner. He started his career in liability claims in 1986 with the Prudential Assurance Company before joining a UK wide Loss Adjuster. Promoted to branch manager. Alun has over 38 years’ experience in all areas of liability claims investigation and handling. He currently works between our Dartmouth and Mold offices.

Clive Davies
Partner
Clive is a founding partner of Phoenix Liability Services and is based at our St. Neots office. He started his insurance career as a claims inspector before joining a major firm of loss adjusters. He has more than 35 years’ experience of investigating and handling liability claims and is the Partner responsible for our Southern operations.

Paul Titterington
Partner
Paul is a founding partner of Phoenix Liability Services based at our Manchester office. He started his claims handling career at Eagle Star before moving into adjusting. He has vast experience in all aspects of liability claims handling. In 2019 he set up the Manchester claims handling unit. Paul is the partner responsible for the Manchester and Glasgow offices.

Rob Millross
Partner
Rob began his career in liability claims at Sun Alliance in 1991 before moving into liability adjusting. He joined Phoenix in 2011 and has over 30 years’ experience in dealing with all aspects of liability claims. He has developed a strong reputation within the industry for investigating and handling of major losses and fatality cases. Rob has responsibility for the Leeds, Nottingham and Newcastle offices.

Mark Whaley
Partner
Mark joined Phoenix as branch manager of the Mold office in March 2020, and has over 30 years’ experience working for insurers and loss adjusting companies. His adjusting career commenced in 1991 and he has held a variety of managerial positions within the industry since then. He became a partner in May 2023. His experience chiefly involves EL, PL and product liability claims.

Neil Goodfellow

Neil started his career in claims handling in 1994 with the General Accident before entering in loss adjusting with a major UK practice. He has worked in the London Market as a construction liability adjuster. In 2013 he joined Phoenix Liability Services. Neil has 30 years’ experience in claims investigation and handling in the property and casualty fields. Neil is based in the Kent office.

Dominic commenced his career in claims at Guardian Royal Exchange in 1985. Thereafter as an adjuster for 26 years the last 18 have been exclusively dealing with liability claims. He was promoted to branch manager in 2020. He is the technical lead for Phoenix Casualty.
