History

Founded in 2006 as a true partnership we have steadily built an exceptional reputation for delivering a quality service so often lacking in the current business climate.

Through continuous growth we have established a UK wide branch network of highly experienced individuals, covering all liability claims specialisms and services.

The partnership has evolved over two decades whilst retaining the original ethics of the founding members to provide the very best service possible.

Here and now

The five partners have a combined liability claims experience of over 150 years and continue to handle claims as well as driving the business forward.

They are supported by an exceptional and highly passionate senior management team who ensure we maintain our vision of a supportive environment for the entire Phoenix family to flourish.

With over 50 exceptional staff operating from offices throughout the country, we have built a substantial, loyal and diverse client base to whom we provide an extensive range of claims services.
