Specialist services are from first notification of loss “FNOL” to settlement. A dedicated senior client liaison will be established to ensure continuity of handling. We provide an “Advice lifeline” to policyholders providing support surrounding liability claims and accident investigation.

We are able to support the secure administration data, loss funds and Lloyds reporting together with the provision of tailored MI and data analytics to both insurers and policyholders. Where required we are able to provide risk management support and accident investigation training.
